Circle Interactive are happy to announce another CiviCRM training session to be held in Bristol's Create Centre on the 18th October 2011 with trainer, Sean Kenny.


The training is aimed at administrators and techincal users at organisations that are either using CiviCRM, or those interested in evaluating its potential.


Topics covered will include:

  • Introduction to CiviCRM - what does it do and how can it help your organisation
  • Configuration - making CiviCRM work for you
  • Custom data and profiles - extending CiviCRM to meet your data requirements
  • CiviCRM components - including event, mail, member, contribute, and report,.
  • Support and the CiviCRM community - what happens after this training

We take a flexible appraoch to training, basing it on the needs of those that are in attendance, thererfore if there is something specific you would like to be covered, please just let us know.


The session will include a series of hands-on exercises using specially configured training installations of CiviCRM. Participants should bring a laptop with wifi capabilities to this training to they can take part in these exercises. If you are new to CiviCRM, we strongly recommend that you read the free online book - CiviCRM a comprehensive guide - in preparation for the training.
