We like to give our clients full control of the technologies on offer to them, so we provide a range of training options to help give your staff and users a complete understanding of the software. We usually recommend a blend of training options with initial and ongoing training in managing and updating content and services. This could include:
- Bespoke Training — sessions at your offices (or wherever you choose) for your designated administrators based on the requirements of the project which will be worked out at the planning stage.
- Webinars — we run shorter online ‘webinars’ to help introduce staff to your new systems. This option works particularly well for organisations with staff in multiple locations or for those who work from home.
- Introductory Drupal and CiviCRM courses — these are regular, classroom-based training sessions held in London, Bristol and Edinburgh. See below for specific course details and training dates.
