We are off to San Francisco for CiviCRM's 20 Year Celebration!
We're thrilled to be heading to San Francisco to join the global CiviCRM community in celebrating 20 years of empowering the Third Sector through open-source technology.
En route from Bristol we made a visit to Tartine Bakery for some amazing coffee and sourdough, had a stroll on the beach and a walk through the wide mixture of plants that thrive in the California climate, (elderflower and palm trees growing side by side).
The CiviCRM community includes professionals from organisations that use this powerful software, as well as a splash of inspiring people who work tirelessly to develop it and make it available to everyone. Like Drupal and Wordpress, it is open source, secure, dynamic and constantly evolving. The extra features are included, and come without huge fees making it accessible to charities and associations who need to grow.
CiviCon 2025 is more than just a conference, it's a residential retreat where members of the community get together and focus on enhancing and developing CiviCRM's features and documentation. It is a very positive collaborative and friendly group who drive innovation, share ideas and knowledge and work together to make a difference to the world. We are proud to be part of this fantastic journey.
