What Is CiviBRM?
CiviBRM is the UK's annual gathering for everyone who uses CiviCRM, staff, volunteers, consultants, and decision-makers from charities, membership organisations, associations, and campaigning groups of all sizes.
It's a practical, community-driven event. That means real sessions from real users about what's actually working in their organisations. You'll come away with ideas you can act on immediately.

Staying out of the spam folder: why email deliverability matters for charities
Today, many charity emails end up filtered out of the inbox, in the spam folder, or blocked entirely. We’ll look at what steps you can take to make sure you reach the inbox, covering: mailing list quality, inactive contacts and technical standards such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
