Join us at CiviCamp 2025 where we will be celebrating 20 years of CiviCRM in beautiful Lunteren in The Netherlands. The week begins with a Conference on Monday 20th October 2025. Sign up now!
CiviCamp is all about sharing ideas, and improving the open source tools that third ssector organisations can rely on. It brings together users, developers, implementers, and anyone else who's passionate about using tech for good, and they are an inspiring bunch.
As well as the conference, there’s training and a four-day Sprint which is a working retreat where people come together to improve CiviCRM. That could be fixing bugs, building new features, writing better documentation, or just sharing knowledge. It's a really practical way to shape the future of the system as well as a chance to spend some time in the Netherlands contributing to the project..
Why We’re Going
At Circle, we’ve been working with CiviCRM for most of those 20 years, helping nonprofits and membership organisations get the most out of it. We will be there to share what we’ve learned from real-world projects, hear what’s working for other organisations and contribute directly to the platform’s development. We will be thinking about AI and how this can power CiviCRM whilst keeping data secure.
What’s a Sprint (and Do You Need to Be a Developer)?
You don’t need to be a developer to take part in a sprint!
While there will be plenty of coding going on, there's also loads of other ways to get involved including testing, translating, improving user guides, and just giving your valuable feedback from a user's point of view.
If you’ve ever thought “I wish CiviCRM did X” or “I don’t understand how Y works,” this is a chance to bring that up and maybe even help shape the solution. Share your feedback to us and we will take it with us.
