We are delighted to announce that we have welcomed a new Account Manager, Laura, to the team this month.
Joining us from Glasgow, Laura has remotely joined the client services team and, as one of our lead points of contact, she will become a familiar face if you are one of our clients.
Here’s how she’s been finding her time so far:
“My first few weeks here at Circle have been great!
It’s been so wonderful getting to know everyone in the team, who has all been so supportive and patient with me. There is a great deal to learn but there is always someone there willing to talk things through and help me build my knowledge as quickly as possible.
I’ve had a new mentor each week from a different area of the business which gives me full scope of how different areas of the business work, this makes learning my role and where I fit in much easier.
Working remotely can sometimes make it difficult to immerse yourself in the team but I think that Circle has found a great way to eliminate that feeling by assigning a mentor each week as your go-to person.
I have some previous experience working with CRM systems but I am completely new to the world of CiviCRM. I am learning as much as possible about Civi and finding it all really interesting, especially seeing the way different clients use the system.
I’ve also already had the opportunity to meet some of the clients I will be working closely with which I have loved. It's been so nice to see the close client relationships that Circle has built and I am really looking forward to continuing this as an Account Manager.”
It’s been a pleasure welcoming Laura to the team!
