Due to continued levels of growth and success, Circle are looking for an addition to our client services team. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients with any changes they might need to make to their system, updating our intranet with these details and coordinating with other members of the team. You will be fully supported and trained in using our intranet and systems.


  • Working in a flexible small team dealing with various aspects of sales administration
  • Taking calls and emails from clients, and responding efficiently with relevant information
  • Taking orders over the phone and via email
  • Ensure their needs are met quickly and efficiently
  • Calculating relevant prices and producing quotes

Skills and Attitude

  • Computer literate and confident on database systems
  • A good communicator who listens and is able to express themselves clearly
  • Good literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills 
  • A positive individual with a ‘can do’, results driven approach and attitude
  • Welcomes change, is flexible and multi-tasking
  • Honest, acts with integrity and takes responsibility
  • Team player

£18,000 - £23,000 or in-line with experience.
