Circle Interactive offers high quality digital solutions to a host of exciting clients across a range of sectors and our client services team is expanding. This job would suit an Account Manager with a proven track record in account management.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Manage all customer relationships, offering help and advice
Understanding requirements and communicating these clearly across teams
Build out internal and customer facing documentation whilst delivering client projects
Improve our customers' experience
Consulting with clients on their needs reviewing services and promoting our products
Proactively manage existing customer base to increase repeat revenue
Reporting and forecasting workflows and budgets
Management and delivery of training, and support resources for these clients
Updating our database with appropriate contact history and follow up

- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
- Deliver calmly under pressure

- Ability to work autonomously and as a productive member of the team
- Credible and comfortable communicating with clients at all levels
Three years proven experience of Account Management as well as good experience and thorough understanding of the digital platform, including: CMS/CRM, search marketing and social media.

Salary will be competitive in line with experience (£24-30k basic) plus bonuses and pension contributions.
