Phone support and Ticketing System
We offer phone support on a dedicated number during UK office hours (9am-5pm), and a Ticketing System.
By special arrangement, we can also provide longer support hours if required at peak times – or for a particular campaign.
Dedicated support for Drupal and CiviCRM
Our online documentation for Drupal and CiviCRM will help your staff get to grips with these systems. And we have a series of pages to help you get your email up and running.
Training
We offer a blend of training options from web and database packages that include initial and ongoing training for your staff and users in managing and updating their content and services.
Typically we include a one off training session in your offices (wherever you prefer) for your designated administrators. This can be extended for large projects including the rollout of CiviCRM. Your requirements will be discussed at the project planning stage.
Additionally we regularly host generic classroom based training at our iconic offices by the Avon Gorge including Introductory Drupal and CiviCRM. See our upcoming training diary for more details.
