No Licence Fees

CiviCRM is Open Source software and as such has no licence fees attached, so whether you want use it in an organisation that has 5 staff or 500, there are no additional licence fees.The only things you pay for are hosting and (optional) support. 30 Day Free Trial

We'll set up CiviCRM with a simple Drupal website for you to evaluate on any domain you control (or a test one if you prefer), absolutely free for 30 days. If at the end of this time, you decide that you would like to continue using the system, we'll simply start billing you. If it's not for you, you can walk away with no obligations and we'll export any data you've entered.

This is a great option if you've had a look at the demo on civicrm.org, where you can play but your data is public and wiped periodically. With our free trial, you can start working with real data relevant to your organisation and start thinking about how you can structure that data and give access to it. You may like to combine the free trial with some training and/or consultancy but included in the deal is a simple support package so you can post some detailed questions to our help desk for guaranteed professional support, and of course you can use the forums on civicrm.org which are usually pretty helpful.
