Technical Support

Whilst we will usually provide training for your staff on completion of the development phase of a project, we also offer phone and ticketed support for your staff during UK office hours (9-5). By arrangement, we can ensure that we provide longer support hours when required - at peak times of the year or for a particular campaign.

Depending on the technical level of your in-house team, we can provide assistance with all aspects of your web presence and help with online marketing campaigns. This can include training at any stage of the project, but typically pre-launch, and ongoing support.

We run a dedicated support site  and for Drupal and CiviCRM and have online documentation to help you get to grips with these systems and even get your email up and running. For clients with a support contract we also run a ticketing system to track all requests and ensure that nothing falls through the net.
