Configuring New Mail Accounts
To add a new user with an email box, follow these instructions:
Go to: https://circlemail.co.uk:81
Enter your company's Username (ie. Customer..)
Enter your company's Password
On the left hand side of the page, under 'Navigation' click on the folder named 'Sites' then on your company name
A box titled 'ISP Site' then appears. Click on the 'User & Email' tab
A list of current users then appear in blue. Click on the 'New' button to create a new user
A box titled 'ISP User' then appears. Enter the new user's 'Real Name', required 'Email Address', 'User Name' and 'Password' in the relevant fields.
(Please note that the field named 'WebSpace MB' has been configured by Circle-Interactive and should not be amended)
If the newly created user requires administrator priviledges, the box titled, 'Administrator' should be ticked.
(Please note that there can be only one administrator per site. Therefore the previous administrator must be deactivated before the new administrator can be activated)
Finally click the 'Save' button to save your instructions
A box titled 'ISP Site' then appears. Click on the 'User & Email' tab
A box titled 'ISP Site' appears. Here you can check that the newly created user has been added to the list of existing users, (in blue)
The new mail account has now been successfully created and is ready for use.
