Auto-Responder Setup For Circlemail
Configuring Auto-Responder
The Auto-responder facility enables users to automatically send replies to incoming mails (e.g.
if you are on holiday.) To activate this facility, follow these instructions:
Go to: https://circlemail.co.uk:81
Enter your company's Username (ie. Customer..)
Enter your company's Password
On the left hand side of the page, under 'Navigation' click on the folder named 'Sites' then on your company name
A box titled 'ISP Site' then appears. Click on the 'User & Email' tab
A list of users then appear in blue. Click on your username (ie. web.._your name)
A box titled 'ISP User' then appears. Click on the 'Advanced Settings' tab.
(Please note that this box has a field named 'Password.' If you
enter a new password here, Circle-Interactive will not have access to this password)
A larger box titled 'ISP User' then appears. At the bottom of the box
is a section titled 'Autoresponder.'
Tick this box and in the 'Message'
box, type the 'auto-respond' message that you wish to appear to those who
send you mail
Press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save your 'auto-respond' instructions
Once you log out, the 'auto-responder' facility and your message will be activated
(Please ensure that you untick the 'Autoresponder' box, remove your message and save your actions when you no longer wish the message to be active)
