Case Study: VoscurVoscur are an umbrella organisation who provide a variety of services for about 600 member groups. They selected Circle Interactive to work with them on a project to rationalise their contact databases some of which fed in to their website via various export, copy and paste operations and a fair amount of working on the html. We provided them with a simple to manage CMS based on Drupal which made their web coordinator much more productive and allowed other less technically aware members of staff to contribute directly to the online content. We also migrated their 6 Access databases to the CiviCRM system which is integrated into the website. This had the effect of allowing their members to update their own contact details directly through the website and also gave Voscur a powerful Customer Relationship Management system in which they can log contacts such as phone calls, emails and meetings with their member organisations. This saves on a lot of administration and paperwork making their office more efficient and allowing them to improve the services they provide. |
